Designed around one defined coach, team or chapter of a program’s history whose human story deserves to be preserved.

  • Up to five remote oral-history interviews, each up to 45 minutes
  • Up to 12 hours of archival research
  • Up to 30 archival items curated for inclusion

  • Two consolidated editorial revision rounds
  • A project window of up to 90 days, subject to timely materials and approvals
  • Twelve months of archive hosting from the reveal date

Continued hosting is optional and quoted separately before the included period ends. Handover is included without requiring a hosting renewal. Coach-only contributions remain restricted to the coach, and contributor permissions and archival licenses govern which materials can be handed over. Additional research, interviews, revisions, professional production and event delivery are scoped separately.

Recommended Pilot · How It Works

Inside the 60-Day Recognition + Check-In Pilot.

Length
The pilot runs 60 days and includes up to five participating coaches. The appreciation campaign runs alongside it, with a 30-day message-collection window and one coordinated digital recognition reveal.
Format
One 45-minute CAREGD-facilitated virtual session within the first 30 days. Coaches receive private check-in prompts about what they are carrying, how supported they feel and what would help. Participation and sharing are optional.
Follow-up
Coaches who opt in receive two email check-ins—approximately two and four weeks after the session—with a short reflection prompt and a practical reminder to keep checking in. Additional facilitated sessions are scoped separately.
Organization review
CAREGD provides one Human Insight Snapshot covering participation, the experience delivered and recommended next steps, followed by a 30-minute review with the organization. Private individual check-in answers are not included.
Delivery
The starting price includes virtual delivery. On-site facilitation is available separately.

Private by default.

“Coach only” is the default for every message. Organization administrators never see private individual messages without explicit contributor permission—an administrator may read an individual message only when the contributor selects “Coach + organization.”

Otherwise, organizations receive aggregate participation information only. Nothing becomes public automatically, and public storytelling requires explicit permission from the contributor.
