Private by Default.

Your message, your first name or chosen display name, your relationship to the coach (athlete, parent, former player, colleague, or community member), and the coach and organization you are recognizing.

Optionally: a photograph, a short video, or a voice message. An email address only if you provide one so we can confirm your submission or a permission change.

We do not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal details about yourself or anyone else.

Every submission goes to a private Coach Appreciation Page™ that only the recognized coach and authorized organization administrators can view after moderation.

Coaches are never scored, ranked, compared, or listed in a public directory.

Photographs, video, and audio are only used in the ways you approve when you submit them. You choose one of the following:

• Coach only. Delivered privately to the coach. Never used anywhere else.
• Coach and organization. May also be viewed by authorized administrators at the coach’s organization.
• Permission to share publicly. May be considered for campaign storytelling, social posts, or press materials. We ask again before any specific public use of a video or photograph.

You can withdraw media permission at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal applies going forward; we cannot recall material already printed or distributed offline.

Participants under 18 may submit a written message, but photographs, video, and audio require a parent or guardian to confirm consent before the submission is accepted.

Submissions from minors are never used in public storytelling without documented guardian permission, and last names are not displayed.

Every submission is reviewed before it reaches a coach. We remove content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, sexual, contains a safety concern, or is not genuine appreciation.

Moderation is a human review. It is not an emotional or clinical assessment of any participant or coach.

Organizations receive an aggregate participation recap—participation totals and themes, not individual messages or individual analysis. Participation does not equal permission for marketing or public storytelling.

Aggregate results are only released when a minimum response threshold is met, so individuals cannot be identified by process of elimination.

CAREGD™ provides no individual diagnosis, rating, risk score, or person-level report.

Appreciation content is retained for the life of the coach’s appreciation page so coaches can revisit it. You may request deletion of your own submission at any time.

You can ask us to show you what you submitted, correct it, delete it, or change its media permission. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use submissions for advertising targeting.
